Job Profile: Business Development & Marketing

Location: SAIF Zone, Sharjah, UAE

Sales Region: Middle East & North Africa (MENA)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Establishing & Maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer understanding of full services offering and along to provide a solution, ensuring positive customer experience throughout the sales process and building long term customer commitment in complex business
    Preparing Product Presentation & presenting in front of clients during visit or Teams meeting
    Active Sales Lead Generation
    New Product finding
    New Initiative to grow business
    Negotiating contract conditions commercial, financial and legal terms
    Taking ownership of customer cases to ensure efficient customer issue resolution
    Creating significant business opportunities based on analysis and understanding customers and relevant competitors market strategies and suggest solution to meet changing needs

Responsibilities

  • Assess current HR processes, policies, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide strategic advice on talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with labor laws and industry standards.
  • Advise on performance management strategies, including appraisals and feedback systems.
  • Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Assist in creating compensation and benefits structures that are competitive and compliant with regulations.
  • Support conflict resolution, mediation, and employee grievance handling.
  • Guide leadership on organizational restructuring, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to recommend innovative HR practices and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.

  • Requirements

  • Experience working with multicultural teams in the UAE or GCC region.
  • Knowledge of digital HR tools and analytics for workforce insights.
  • Experience in designing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies.
