Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Public Resource Manager to oversee the management and optimization of public resources within our community or organization. This role is key to ensuring that public resources such as infrastructure, utilities, and services are effectively distributed and accessible to the community. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of resource management, policy implementation, and public relations.


Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

A dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join as Executive Assistant & to assist day to day operations of Office of Vice Chancellor.

· Vice Chancellor Office Management

· Coordinates all Vice Chancellor meetings and manages all Minutes of the Meeting.

· Assisting the Vice Chancellor in formulating University policies.

· Assisting the Vice Chancellor in total operational plan for each Academic year.

· Assisting the Vice Chancellor in other operational plans.

· Coordinating the activities of renewal of existing articulation agreements and initiating for new opportunities

· Maintaining database, personal and official files of Vice Chancellor contacts.

· Presenting a positive image of the College and build up public relations.

· Maintain confidentiality in office and personal matters.

· Follow up preparation of schedules classes / Faculty members.

· Preparing and handling all Business correspondence and other tasks from the Vice Chancellor office.

· Prepares written and speech material for the Vice Chancellor.

· Assisting other Departments as and when required.

· Contribution to IE tools

· ERP Management

· ERP Updates

· CDP and CDD Management

· ERP Curriculum Updates

· Assist the Vice Chancellor, HOA IRO for Curriculum

· Assisting for the course file updates and review

· Updates of Challenge Examination with HOA

· Calendar Preparation and Management

· Respond to the requirements of:

Follow ups

Customer satisfaction

Budget in coordination with other departments

New avenues to increase revenues

Reporting as per the standard format

Any task initiated

· Other duties as deemed appropriate for this position.


Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in resource management, public administration, or a related field, with at least [X] years in a managerial or planning role.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of public policy, community resource management, sustainability practices, and government regulations.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
    • Strong communication skills for public speaking, reporting, and collaborating with various stakeholders.
    • Problem-solving skills to address resource shortages and allocation issues.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Environmental Science, Urban Planning, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with resource management software, data analysis tools, and GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tools for planning and reporting
