Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment activities for our Saudi Arabia operations, ensuring we attract, assess, and hire top talent that aligns with TEC’s service standards and culture. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to sourcing high-quality candidates in the premium workspace and hospitality industries.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all roles in Saudi Arabia—job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, talent communities, referrals, and direct search.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for operational, sales, client service, and leadership roles.
• Ensure alignment with company culture and service standards throughout the selection process.
Stakeholder Management
• Provide regular recruitment updates, insights, and hiring recommendations to business leaders.
• Support hiring managers in building interview capability and conducting competency-based assessments.
• Represent TEC professionally at hiring events, job fairs, and networking activities.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with KSA labour laws and internal HR policies.
• Maintain accurate candidate data, recruitment reports, and dashboards.
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes, candidate experience, and onboarding practices.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in hospitality, flexible workspace, real estate services, or premium customer-facing industries.
• Experience hiring in Saudi Arabia is essential; familiarity with local labour regulations preferred.
• Strong proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and LinkedIn recruitment strategies.
Salary:
SAR 8,000 to 13,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
