As a Business Setup Advisor (B2B/B2C – Hindi Speaker), you will play a key role in supporting entrepreneurs, investors, and corporations in establishing their businesses in the UAE. This role combines sales expertise, client advisory, and exceptional communication to guide clients through the end-to-end business setup process.
Responsibilities: - Engage with prospective B2B and B2C clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored setup solutions.
- Conduct consultative sales calls and meetings to explain company formation requirements, licensing options, and value-added services.
- Manage the full client onboarding cycle—from initial inquiry to successful business establishment.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and packages based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments (operations, compliance, PRO services) to ensure smooth and timely processing of applications.
- Achieve monthly revenue, conversion, and sales activity targets.
- Stay updated on business setup regulations, free zone requirements, and government processes. Requirements: - Proven sales experience in B2B or B2C environments.
- Fluency in Hindi (spoken) to communicate effectively with regional clients.
- UAE driver's license (mandatory)
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Experience in business setup, corporate services, immigration, or licensing (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and client follow-up.
