We are seeking a highly motivated, part-time Business Development Executive to join a local law firm in Dubai. This role offers a flexible work schedule, ideal for professionals looking to balance career and personal commitments, while contributing to the growth and visibility of the firm.
The successful candidate will play a central role in supporting the firm’s business development and marketing efforts, including proposals, pitch management, and legal directory submissions, alongside other marketing initiatives. Responsibilities: 1. Prepare, maintain, and track proposal records, ensuring accurate documentation of pitch activities.
2. Gather feedback from pitches and provide post-pitch analysis to improve success rates.
3. Prepare submissions for legal directories such as Chambers, Legal 500, and others.
4. Assist with marketing initiatives, events, and other promotional activities to enhance the firm’s visibility.
5. Collaborate effectively with lawyers and the BD/marketing team while working independently when required.
6. Support ad-hoc business development and marketing projects as needed.
Skills & Competencies:
1. Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
4. Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
5. Team player with the ability to work independently when required. Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or marketing within a law firm.
2. Proven experience in proposal management, legal directory submissions, and event support.
3. Knowledge of the legal industry and professional services environment in Dubai.
