We are seeking a results-driven Chief Human Resources Officer to deliver operational excellence and strategic transformation across multiple industries. This role requires a strong leader who combines HR expertise with digital acumen and a pragmatic, hands-on approach.

Responsibilities
* Define and execute HR strategy across multiple sectors and business units.
* Drive digital transformation initiatives, including SAP implementation and HR analytics.
* Oversee workforce planning, succession planning, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition.
* Ensure compliance with labour regulations and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities.
* Provide hands-on support for operational HR matters, including labour relations and employee engagement.
* Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and sector HR teams to deliver consistent HR practices.
* Act as a trusted advisor to the Group CEO and Board on people-related matters.
* Champion DEI initiatives and foster a culture of accountability and performance.

Requirements
* Fluent Arabic speaker with strong understanding of regional labour laws.
* Proven HR leadership experience in large, labour-intensive organisations (preferably 5,000+ employees).
* Exposure to multi-industry environments and holding-level structures.
* Expertise in HR analytics, workforce planning, succession planning, and operational HR delivery.
* Strong digital transformation experience, including SAP systems.
* Pragmatic, firm, and empathetic leader with exceptional troubleshooting and execution skills.
* Comfortable managing blue-collar-heavy workforces (70% blue collar).
* Proven HR leadership experience in large, labour-intensive organisations (preferably 5,000+ employees).
* Exposure to multi-industry environments and holding-level structures.
