Responsibilities
Staff shall be able to provide services in the following areas:
• Urban Planning Design
• Town Planning
• Transit-Oriented Developments (TODs)
• Industrial Planning
• Smart Cities Planning and Design
• Subdivision Planning
• Land Use Planning
• Master Planning
• Scope of Works includes:
• Conducting feasibility studies
• Prioritizing master plans for phased development
• Developing implementation strategies
• Applying knowledge of planning regulations and sustainable planning principles
Requirements
• B.S in Architecture or Urban Planning - Preferred M.S in Urban Design, Planning or Development equivalent.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in urban planning and Design preferably in Middle East experience.
• Experience in large scale urban design, town planning, TOD's, Industrial planning, Smart city and subdivision planning with knowledge of planning laws and regulations and sustainable planning principles.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary team.
• Must be fluent in Arabic and English both written and spoken with an excellent capability for managerial skills as well as oral and written technical communication skills;
• Computer skills in project management tools are mandatory.
