Description
We are seeking a highly experienced IT Manager to lead the company’s information technology function and oversee the implementation of a new ERP system. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, system integration, digital transformation, and all technical operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing ERP vendors, overseeing system rollout, and ensuring the successful adoption of new technologies across all departments.
Responsibilities
1. ERP Implementation & Digital Transformation
• Lead the full-cycle implementation of the company’s new ERP system across Production, Sales, Logistics, HR, Finance, and other business units.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and the ERP vendor/consultants to ensure smooth communication, accurate requirement gathering, and timely issue resolution.
• Oversee workflow analysis, system design reviews, data migration, module configuration, integration between departments, and final deployment.
• Coordinate and supervise User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live preparation, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Develop ERP training plans, user manuals, and SOPs to ensure company-wide adoption.
• Continuously optimize system performance, resolve functional gaps, and recommend enhancements.
2. IT Infrastructure & Systems Management
• Plan, design, implement, and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.
• Monitor performance of IT systems to improve speed, reliability, cost efficiency, and productivity.
• Assess and evaluate new hardware, software, networking tools, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Maintain IT policies, operating procedures, and documentation aligned with best practices.
• Ensure all IT systems, networks, and data centers operate without interruption.
3. Cybersecurity, Data Protection & Compliance
• Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.
• Conduct system audits and vulnerability assessments, and implement corrective measures on time.
• Guarantee compliance with security, licensing, and data management standards.
4. IT Operations, Helpdesk & Support
• Manage daily IT operations, including incident response, problem resolution, and user support.
• Provide high-quality customer service to internal users, ensuring fast and efficient support.
• Maintain IT KPIs and performance indicators to meet organizational business needs.
5. IT Projects & Vendor Management
• Lead IT-related projects, ensuring effective planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and timely execution.
• Develop test strategies and evaluate vendors for new IT solutions.
• Manage procurement of IT hardware, software, and related supplies.
6. Team Leadership & Development
• Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate IT staff, ensuring a high-performance, service-oriented team.
• Communicate job expectations, monitor performance, and support staff development.
7. Budgeting & Cost Control
• Manage IT budgets, cost planning, and procurement activities.
• Evaluate spending and recommend cost-effective technology solutions.

• Bachelor of Computer Applications or equivalent IT-related qualification.
Experience
• Minimum 12 years of experience in IT management.
• Strong background in enterprise systems, digital transformation, and IT operations.
• Mandatory: Proven experience leading full ERP implementation cycles (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar).
Licenses & Certifications
• MCP, MCITP, CCNA (required or preferred).
• Additional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, or ISO standards are advantageous.
