Responsibilities
• Supervise daily operations: staff attendance, merchandising standards, stock control, and in store presentation.
• Monitor and drive performance to achieve monthly sales targets through daily analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with HR, Procurement, and Marketing to implement and tailor policies and campaigns for the branch.
• Oversee staff leave schedules, performance evaluations, and enforce disciplinary procedures in line with company policy.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety measures (e.g., fire systems), and a visually appealing environment.
• Manage inventory: order replenishments, limit damage/slow moving stock, and ensure promotional space availability.
• Ensure accurate pricing, effective promotional displays, and compliance with supplier space agreements.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years managing retail branches.
• Strong leadership, planning, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Fluent in Arabic; good command of English.
• Excellent reporting and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure and lead diverse teams effectively.
