This opportunity is with our client — a leading diversified holding company in the UAE.
Responsibilities
-Plan, schedule, and coordinate field service activities in line with job scopes, ensuring timely communication with engineers, supervisors, and service teams.
-Manage spare parts delivery and logistics support, including urgent or breakdown-related requirements.
-Coordinate offshore mobilization and demobilization, ensuring all personnel documentation, safety trainings, PPE records, and site access requirements are complete.
-Support international service jobs by arranging visas, travel, equipment shipping, customs documentation, accommodation, and site logistics.
-Maintain accurate and organized job documentation, including service reports, test certificates, as-found/as-left records, and records of man-hours and costs.
-Monitor schedules and resources, identify potential conflicts or gaps, and escalate issues to management as needed.
-Collaborate with technical teams, supervisors, and operations to improve workflows and ensure smooth service execution.
-Assist in audits, client reviews, and process improvement initiatives by providing administrative and coordination support.

Requirements
-Experience in coordination, logistics, or administrative roles, preferably in industrial, service, or Oil & Gas sectors.
-Exposure to field service operations, offshore coordination, or international logistics is advantageous.
-Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication.
-Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/service management systems.
-Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
Team player, highly organized, and comfortable working with multicultural teams and remote sites.
