Responsibilities
* Conclude long- and short-term freight contracts on voyage and time-charter basis for bulk commodities.
* Manage post-fixture operations of vessels and ensure smooth execution of shipments.
* Plan and monitor maritime shipment performance and oversee financial documentation and payment settlements.
* Negotiate shipping terms and conditions with buyers, ports, and suppliers.
* Prepare cost estimates and reports for financial planning on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
* Maintain and expand stakeholder networks across the logistics chain to support commodity sales.
* Provide guidance to laytime team on contractual terms and calculations

Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in the shipping industry; Panamax sector exposure is a plus.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with shipping software; experience with Veson-IMOS is advantageous.
