Responsibilities
* Design & Technical Oversight: Develop initial F&B layouts and oversee multidisciplinary design coordination. Conduct rigorous reviews of technical drawings and shop drawings.
* Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation from inception to handover.
* Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing regular progress updates throughout all project stages.
* On-Site Coordination: Direct all on-site activities, ensuring construction quality, design fidelity, and strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
* Stakeholder Management: Coordinate seamlessly with contractors, specialist consultants, and global vendors/suppliers to ensure project synergy.
* Problem Solving: Act as a proactive problem-solver on-site, resolving technical challenges quickly without compromising design integrity or budget.

Requirements
* Experience: Minimum of 10 years of dedicated experience in F&B and Hospitality project management/design.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD and a deep understanding of technical drawing packages and F&B-specific spatial requirements.
* On-Site Expertise: A proven track record of bringing luxury projects to life on-site, with a focus on high-quality fit-outs.
* Local Knowledge: A solid understanding of UAE construction standards, building codes, and authority approval processes.
* Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing completed high-end/luxury F&B or hospitality projects in the region or internationally.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. You must be able to manage high-pressure situations with a professional and proactive attitude.
* Licensing: A valid UAE Driver's License is mandatory for frequent site visits and client meetings. Professional certification (PMP, RIBA, or similar) is preferred.
* Location: Currently based in Dubai or able to relocate immediately.
