We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our dynamic construction team in the UAE. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining project documentation to ensure smooth communication and compliance throughout all phases of construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, register, and distribute all project documentation.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
- Coordinate document flow between project teams, subcontractors, and clients ensuring timely updates.
- Ensure that all project documentation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Track document revisions and ensure correct versions are always in use.
- Support audit activities by providing accurate document trails.
- Assist in preparing project reports and documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with project managers to prioritize document processing and handling.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with construction project documentation and terminology is a plus.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
- Diploma or degree in Office Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
