Responsibilities
• Assist in cost control and budget tracking of the project.
• Support the preparation and updating of cost reports, summaries, and follow-up sheets.
• Assist in tracking LPOs, subcontractor payments, and IPCs.
• Assist in reviewing quantities, progress data, and cost-related documentation.
• Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy in Excel-based systems.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in:
- Cost control
- Budget monitoring
- Quantity surveying
- Project cost reporting (preferably in superstructure projects)
- Fresh graduates are welcome, provided they have basic knowledge of construction commercial processes.
Skills & Competencies
• Open-minded and willing to learn
• Strong communication skills, able to coordinate with multiple departments
• Eager to improve technical and commercial knowledge
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills
