Responsibilities

Business Development: Identifying, Cold-Calling and Developing potential clients in the targeted markets / industries and sectors ensuring maximum client contentment by providing timely exquisite services in interior fit outs and furniture. Exploring markets and collating market intelligence reports for developing key entry strategies to penetrate new markets. Devising and implementing strategies to manage sales activities by mainly generating leads and converting them into sales.
Networking: Establishing and sustaining an excellent rapport with property firms, landlords, building developers, real estate firms, real estate agents, interior design consultants, and with all other modes of lead generating sources from the market.
Client Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining excellent relationship with clients before and after sales process. Managing customer service operations for rendering and achieving quality services. Overseeing the resolution of client complaints on performance bottlenecks. Providing value added client services by attending customer queries and issues. Monitoring the post service activities like follow up with the clients and handling grievances for superior client service and sustaining positive relationship.
Regular Follow ups: Monitoring jobs, enquiries, sales, and payments, to get feedback on the schedule, requirements, effectiveness with clients, both existing and potential. This helps in generating repeat orders and has aided in establishing new contacts within the market.
Responsible for implementing and maintaining the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics or commerce.
• Management Graduate.
• Excellent selling skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Pleasing personality.
• Excellent presentation skills
• Team player.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Timeliness.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Client relationship building skills.
• Effective networker.
• Basic understanding of office interior design and drawings.
• Excellent knowledge about office furniture, interior fit out and tendering procedures

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
