We are hiring a Senior Business Development Manager dedicated to the Abu Dhabi
market, focusing on corporate entities, semi-government, government, and large-scale
projects. The candidate should be experienced in navigating Abu Dhabi’s tendering
systems and capable of engaging high-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities
• Develop new business opportunities in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, covering corporate, government, and public sector accounts.
• Establish strong relationships with procurement teams, consultants, architects, designers, and project managers.
• Register the company with relevant government portals and manage tender submissions.
• Prepare competitive technical and financial proposals tailored to Abu Dhabi's requirements.
• Monitor mega-projects, government initiatives, and development programs influencing workspace demand.
• Represent the company at ADNEC exhibitions, government events, and industry networking forums.
• Coordinate with design, logistics, and operations teams to ensure client expectations are exceeded.
• Consistently meet and surpass defined sales targets.

Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years of BDM experience in interiors, commercial furniture, fit-out, or government-focused sectors.
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi government procurement procedures (RFP, RFQ, LPO, ERP systems, etc.).
• Existing relationships with government entities or major consultants preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
Salary:
AED 20,000 to 22,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
