Description



Responsibilities

• Support daily office operations including reception, hospitality, and facilities upkeep.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment (meeting rooms, kitchen, common areas).
• Assist with tracking budgets and expenditures.
• Serve as a point of contact for building-related matters (maintenance, parking, access, event space).
• Coordinate mail handling, office supply ordering, business cards, name plates, and directory updates.
• Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Provide backup for administrative support and serve as office operations lead when needed.
• Support internal events and special projects, including office renovations.
• Maintain office-specific databases and perform routine data entry.

Requirements

Education:
• A high school diploma or GED is required. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Experience:
• Requires a minimum of three (3) years of relevant administrative experience. Additional education may substitute for some experience.

Language:
• English is a must, Arabic is additional advantage.

Location:
• Currently residing in Qatar with a valid residence visa under family or employment sponsorship.
