Description

Our client, a leading cultural organization, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Memberships Specialist to join their team. This role is central to cultivating strong member relationships, enhancing engagement, and delivering exclusive, high-quality experiences. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and partners to design, implement, and grow innovative membership programs that connect communities with culture in meaningful ways.

Responsibilities


· Develop and maintain strong, personalized relationships with members across different tiers.
· Act as the main point of contact for high-level members, ensuring exceptional service and support.
· Collaborate with leadership and external partners to identify and attract potential members.
· Design and implement tailored membership benefits, experiences, and programs.
· Evaluate and refine membership offerings based on performance and feedback.
· Align engagement strategies with the organization’s wider goals.
· Plan and deliver exclusive events for members, managing logistics, vendors, and guest experiences.
· Partner with events and marketing teams to ensure high visibility and attendance.
· Create customized stewardship plans to deepen member involvement.
· Support philanthropic initiatives and patron programs for high-net-worth individuals.
· Contribute to annual reports and impact summaries for stakeholders.
· Develop digital and print communications tailored for members.
· Manage accurate records in the CRM system, analyzing data to identify trends.
· Prepare regular reports on membership metrics to guide strategy.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Arts Administration, or related field.
· 3–5 years of experience in membership management, relationship management, or development, ideally in arts, culture, or non-profit sectors.
· Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; PMP certification is a plus.
· Strong project management and event execution skills, especially for high-profile gatherings.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with HNWI.
· High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism.
· Passion for arts and culture, with a drive to deliver exceptional member experiences.
· Arabic would be a plus.
