Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Control Management
• Implement and monitor QA/QC systems in line with project and company quality objectives.
• Ensure delivery against QA/QC department goals and quality benchmarks.
• Manage overall quality control activities in accordance with approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Identify quality deficiencies and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Documentation & Compliance
• Develop, review, and maintain QA/QC documentation including Quality Manuals, QA/QC Plans, ITPs, Method Statements, Procedures, Inspection Forms, and Quality Records.
• Review product and material submittals against approved specifications and drawings.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project scope, contract requirements, and company quality standards.
• Review and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) in coordination with project teams and suppliers.
Inspections & Audits
• Conduct site inspections, material inspections, and mock-up inspections as required.
• Participate in work inspections and coordinate with inspectors and consultants.
• Carry out internal quality audits for construction management and supervision activities.
• Monitor suppliers’ quality documentation and address inspection non-conformances or deviations.
Project Coordination & Handover
• Coordinate with Project Managers to align QA/QC activities with project schedules and resources.
• Ensure supplied materials, furniture, and equipment match approved drawings and designated locations.
• Manage quality processes through final completion, handover, and defect liability period.
• Contribute QA/QC inputs to weekly and monthly project reports.
Requirements
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with interior fit-out background.
• QA/QC training certification is desirable.
Experience
• Minimum 5+ years of QA/QC experience specifically in interior fit-out projects.
• Proven experience in commercial, hospitality, and high-end interior fit-out work.
• Middle East experience (Qatar preferred) is mandatory.
Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, inspection procedures, and quality documentation.
• Well-versed in applicable international codes, standards, and construction specifications.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and Primavera.
• Strong understanding of Inspection & Test Plans, Method Statements, and audit processes.

Salary:
QAR 6,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
