As a Legal Counsel, you will be a part of a well established legal function, supporting complex, mandates across litigation, land/property, and day-to-day advisory.

Responsibilities
· Manage and represent cases before Saudi courts (excluding labour disputes) and quasi-judicial committees.
· Provide comprehensive legal advice on day-to-day business operations from a Saudi law perspective, including contract review, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
· Handle complex property issues such as expropriation, land ownership disputes, compensation for private land use by public entities, and interpretation of legal instruments related to state-owned lands.
· Liaise with key government authorities, ensuring compliance and effective resolution of real estate-related matters.
· Prepare pleadings, legal opinions, and advisory notes with strong Arabic drafting skills, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Saudi legal frameworks.

Requirements
· Must be a Saudi National with a bachelor's degree in law, from a university in KSA and GPA of 3/4 or 4/5 and above.
· Experience in Saudi Law across litigation (non-labour), land-related matters, and governmental engagements; ideally with exposure to quasi-judicial committees.
· 3 - 6 years of experience, gained in reputable law firms, large corporates, or government entities.
· Ability to provide practical, business-focused legal advice and interpret complex legal instruments related to real estate and state-owned lands.
· Must be licensed to practice in KSA or possess an SASL certification
· Must be fluent in both English and Arabic, including the ability to draft in both.
· Experience in Saudi Law across litigation (non-labour), land-related matters, and governmental engagements; ideally with exposure to quasi-judicial committees.
· 3 - 6 years of experience, gained in reputable law firms, large corporates, or government entities.
