Our client, a world-renowned international multi-disciplinary consultancy, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Interior Designer to lead the on-site execution of iconic, large-scale hotel projects in Riyadh.

This is an elite, senior-level appointment for a professional who thrives in the high-pressure environment of a construction site. You will be the guardian of design intent, ensuring that the transition from paper to physical reality meets the exacting standards of luxury hospitality. We are looking for a veteran of the industry with a proven track record of seeing massive projects through to the finish line.

Responsibilities

* Site Supervision & Leadership: Lead the on-site interior design team, overseeing the execution of complex fit-outs for large-scale, five-star hotel developments.
* Design Fidelity: Ensure all site works strictly adhere to the approved design intent, technical specifications, and high-end aesthetic requirements.
* Full Lifecycle Delivery: Manage the project from site mobilization through to the final snagging, commissioning, and successful handover to the operator/client.
* Technical Review: Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups, ensuring they meet the project's quality and performance standards.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary technical liaison between the design office, the contractor, sub-consultants, and the client.
* Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Implement rigorous quality control procedures on-site to minimize defects and ensure a "gold-standard" finish.
* Problem Solving: Proactively resolve technical design issues and site conflicts with diplomacy and technical expertise.

What We Offer

* Iconic Projects: The opportunity to lead the delivery of some of the most prestigious hospitality developments currently under construction in Riyadh.
* Professional Environment: Join an international consultancy with a reputation for excellence and a multi-disciplinary support network.
* Stability: A role within a firm that values longevity and offers a solid career path for senior professionals.
* Compensation: A highly competitive senior-level package, reflective of the responsibility and expertise required for this role.

How to Apply

This is a senior role requiring a specific set of built-work credentials. Please only apply if your experience matches the requirements above.

Requirements

* Experience: A minimum of 15 years of professional experience at a supervisory level, with a career heavily weighted toward on-site hospitality delivery.
* Project Track Record: You must have completed and delivered at least two large-scale hotel projects in the Middle East region, specifically demonstrating longevity from the start of site works through to project handover.
* Background: A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a reputable institution.
* High-Caliber Pedigree: A solid work history with prestigious, high-caliber international practices and a portfolio of built, recognized projects.
* On-Site Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of interior fit-outs, joinery detailing, luxury finishes, and MEP coordination within interior spaces.
* Professional Stature: Strong leadership skills, a commanding presence on-site, and the ability to manage complex relationships with contractors and clients.
