One of our leading clients is seeking an experienced Fit-Out & Finishing Manager to oversee all interior and exterior finishing activities on a high-profile project in Riyadh. This role is ideal for someone who prides themselves on craftsmanship, coordination, and delivering exceptional quality.
Responsibilities
* Full interior & exterior fit-out works: partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, millwork, decorative finishes, MEP final fix, façades, cladding, external coatings, outdoor flooring, waterproofing interfaces & building envelope finishes.
* Ensuring all finishes meet approved drawings, material specs, samples, mock-ups, and quality standards.
* Coordinating between subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to keep execution smooth and aligned with the design intent.
* Reviewing and validating shop drawings, materials, installation methods & ensuring top-tier workmanship.
* Conducting inspections, managing corrective actions, and maintaining compliance with schedule, sequencing, and site safety.
* Supporting contract administration with strong FIDIC awareness.

* Deep expertise in interior/exterior finishes, joinery, façade systems, waterproofing, and construction detailing.
* Strong decision-making skills and the ability to interpret complex technical drawings.
* A commitment to high-quality delivery and seamless on-site coordination.
* Proven experience managing fit-out and finishing works on complex projects (hospitality, mixed-use, high-end developments preferred).
