We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic CDP Bakery professional to join our hospitality team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to produce high-quality bakery products consistently. Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all bakery items meet hygiene and safety standards adhering to local regulations and company policies.
- Manage inventory and order bakery supplies to maintain stock levels and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery work area and equipment.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior bakery staff as needed.
- Monitor baking processes and adjust ovens or recipes for optimal results.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to management promptly.

Requirements
- Experience working as a CDP or similar role in a bakery, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Salary:
SAR 3,000 to 3,600 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
