Responsibilities

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends, using insights to inform brand positioning and marketing strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to align brand messaging and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
Brand Positioning and Messaging: Define and maintain the brand’s voice and identity, ensuring messaging is aligned with target audiences and consistent across all touchpoints.
Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of engaging brand content, including digital media, advertising, social media, and promotional materials.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of brand marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
Event Planning and Sponsorships: Plan and manage brand-related events, sponsorships, and partnerships that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador within the company and externally, ensuring all stakeholders understand and support the brand’s goals and values.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience as a Brand Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with at least [X] years of experience in marketing, branding, or advertising.
