Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer partnerships and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, influencer landscapes, and digital marketing strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with influencers, creating impactful campaigns, and driving brand awareness and engagement through influencer collaborations.


Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with the brand’s overall marketing goals.
  • Identify, recruit, and partner with influencers across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Design and manage influencer campaigns, including content creation, promotions, and product launches.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and content creators.
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and payment terms with influencers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

Content Management:

  • Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, engaging, and high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Ensure that all influencer content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign objectives.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI).
  • Provide detailed reports on campaign outcomes and insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithms and trends to adjust campaigns as needed.

Market Research and Trend Analysis:

  • Research and identify emerging influencers, trends, and platforms to stay ahead in the influencer marketing space.
  • Benchmark against competitors and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing (2–5 years preferred).
  • A strong track record of managing successful influencer campaigns and driving measurable results.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and influencer ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical skills for campaign performance tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong influencer relationships.
  • Proficiency in influencer marketing tools (e.g., AspireIQ, Upfluence, or GRIN).

Personal Attributes:

  • Creative and trend-savvy with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with influencer marketing agencies or in the e-commerce or fashion industries.
  • Knowledge of SEO, paid media, or affiliate marketing as complementary strategies.
  • Certifications in digital marketing or social media strategy (e.g., Google Digital Marketing Certification).
