We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager to drive our online presence, lead digital campaigns, and help achieve business growth. This role will involve planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing efforts across various digital platforms.

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals, including lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Plan and oversee email marketing campaigns, content marketing initiatives, and SEO/SEM strategies.
Content Creation and Management:
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-quality, engaging digital content (blogs, videos, infographics, etc.).
- Manage the company's website and social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic visibility.
Performance Monitoring and Analytics:
- Track, measure, and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI and KPIs such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine marketing tactics and improve effectiveness.
Market Research and Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to identify new opportunities and refine strategies.
Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed.
Requirements
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in managing campaigns and strategies.
- Demonstrated success in driving measurable results through digital initiatives.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite).
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage campaigns within a budget.
